#1: God is everywhere.

“God is either good, or he isn’t. God is either everywhere, or he isn’t.

How you approach those two statements will change everything about your life and your relationship with God.”

Some years ago I went through a deconstruction phase in my Christian life, breaking down everything I had been taught by my parents, my church, my culture, and my society. It was exciting and messy, just like a demolition site. But no one should be living in a demolition site.

Let's start rebuilding. We start with the goodness of God and the everywhereness of God.

We also discussed his book, “9 Common Lies Christians Believe - And Why God’s Truth is Infinitely Better,” which he explained was the fruit of hearing too many bad Christian clichés during some of the hardest times of their life.

#3: God is Community

I was raised in a Christian community living environment and it planted seeds inside me that I just can't seem to shake. God eventually had to take me out of the institutional church for those seeds to grow, and out there in the wilderness I learned that God himself was a community of love. Now I get to practice community inside the traditional church again.
